Reports to: Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Team Lead.

This person will play a crucial role in turning data into actionable insights, helping the organization make informed decisions and drive business growth, and should possess excellent writing and documentation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of data to generate insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and potential growth opportunities
- Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, using data visualization and storytelling techniques
- Collaborate with data scientists and other team members to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of research and analysis methods and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology developments in the data and research space
Skills Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data visualization and statistical analysis software such as R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex data and insights into easily digestible and actionable information
- Experience in data storytelling and visual communication, with the ability to effectively communicate research findings and insights to a non-technical audience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
