Hahaha…It's no longer rape but abuse of office and giving exams on Saturday. I urge Agba Jalingo to go investigate to find out that it is normal practice for test and examinations to be written on Saturday in Faculty of Law of University of Calabar. I see the blackmailers failing, I thought Agba Jalingo and his cohorts alleged that Prof.Cyril Ndifon is a serial rapist. You will soon shut up your mouth. Prof. Ndifon is a citizen and cannot stop ICPC from arresting him if there is a strong case against him. Arrest is not made in social media; tell the counsel of the alleged rape victim Barr. James Ibor to show working as a lawyer by effecting the arrest of Prof. Ndifon instead of this ongoing blackmail.
Could this article be really credited to the renowned journalists and prominent board member of Association of Cross River State Online Journalists(ACROJ)? It surely appears not to because it rather looks and exposes a half baked journalists who proclaims his ignorance in the open market.
Can a man that moves around every day truly evade arrest? For record purpose Prof. Ndifon is resident in Calabar and is still a staff of the University of Calabar. What picture is Agba Jalingo really painting of Prof. Ndifon? Is his intention to paint Prof. Ndifon as a miscreant, at least to build his criminal conviction on social media as he has always been paid to do? It is on record that Agba Jalingo has given a verdict that Prof. Ndifon is a serial rapist. This is without any form of conviction by any court of law nor any case against Prof. Ndifon in a competent court of Law. Agba Jalingo should never be taken serious.
On Barr. James Ibor allegations that sex was implied on the police report, I strongly beg to differ as I seek to challenge him to show the source of his evidence. Could it be from the police report or from his usual convictions on Facebook? The girl's statements have clearly shown an after thought act of blackmail. Could it be that Barr. James Ibor is trying to rewrite the story to accommodate sex and abuse of office in other to bring ICPC into the matter? The desperation is getting too much. The attempt at using police has failed, DSS has failed, Inspector General of Police and Nigerian Feminist Fellowship have all failed and has rather reached at a conclusion that Prof. Ndifon has no case to answer.
Tell us openly who has paid you to arrive at the conclusion that Prof. Ndifon slept with the said girl. Convince us that he is a serial rapist. From the medical report and an analysis of the statement on oath of the said girl can surely not lead to such damaging blackmail. Why the need for external validation. In order to make her case why must she look for evidence elsewhere such as he is a serial rapist and he sleeps with girls in his office. Tell us your client's story which as we now know is most incoherent. So what else? Cheap blackmailer! Please tell us another story. We now know how desperate and incompetent you people are especially in your drive to sustain this blackmail using Cross River Watch. With the tools of propaganda you cite your cases on net instead of a competent court.
Let's even distinguish the case properly. In her story the sex was was as a result of forceful and painful penetration, does it not require such prove? Yet the medical report clearly disprove this allegations as contained in your client's statement. The medical report says and I quote “there was no evidence of rape, no vaginal bleeding; no obvious painful distress and no skin bruises. There was absence of lacerations.” Could you please provide the medical report that led to your conclusion that there was sex? Only a bad lawyer would derive evidence of sex from the story outside of what is told by his client. It is all “sound and fury signifying nothing”. Sorry–oo! Let her lawyer show us that police report showing sex and penetration, I dare him. None exist. So let him stop lying. After the long period of misinformation their lie is now exposed period. It is sad that most of you behind this blackmail are Cross Riverians!
