Main Function
The Registered Nurse supports the medical team by assisting with procedures, managing patient care, and ensuring high standards of safety and hygiene
Role Responsibilities
- Assisting in Procedures: Prepare patients for treatments such as injections, chemical peels, and laser therapy, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready.
- HOCATT Administration: Assist in the administration of HOCATT treatments ensuring proper protocols are followed, set up and monitor clients during the sessions, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- HBOT Administration: Assist in administering HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy), preparing the patient for the session, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the client’s safety throughout the treatment.
- Patient Monitoring: Monitor patient vital signs during and after procedures, promptly addressing any adverse reactions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
- Patient Education: Provide detailed information to clients regarding procedures, expectations, risks, and post-care.
- Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock of medical supplies and manage inventory for smooth operation of procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Nurse Practitioner (NP), Medical Director, and aestheticians to ensure seamless patient care.
Experience/Qualification
- Current RN license
- 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a spa or aesthetic setting.
- Certification in aesthetic treatments is a plus.
- Experience with HBOT protocols and the operation of the hyperbaric chamber.

- Clinical Skills: Strong nursing fundamentals, with an understanding of cosmetic procedures and patient care.
- Teamwork: Collaborative, working seamlessly with the medical and aesthetic teams.
- Communication: Capable of explaining technical medical information in a clear, patient-friendly manner.
- Patient Care: Compassionate with a focus on delivering personalized care to each client.
- Organization: Detail-oriented, with excellent record-keeping and time-management skills.
