Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Trade Marketing Executive (RTME) to oversee trade marketing initiatives across the region. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that align with sales objectives, enhance brand visibility, and drive product sales in key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional trade marketing plans to drive product awareness and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional programs and materials.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate product launches, trade shows, and other promotional events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
