Regional Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional performance, conduct detailed analysis, and ensure alignment with business and customer goals.
  • Manage staffing models, clearly define contractor roles, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and systems at the regional level.
  • Maintain the region’s brand reputation and manage assets across delivery verticals.
  • Develop and maintain clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyse regional performance, propose improvements, and implement strategies to boost efficiency.
  • Build and maintain a motivated team aligned with company values.
  • Provide leadership and advisory support to the executive committee on risk management and business improvements.
  • Seek and implement opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Prepare and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost control and variance management.
  • Oversee resource planning, allocation, and management in line with company policies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of regional KPIs and service level agreements.
  • Successful policy implementation and compliance.
  • Evidence of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Effective risk and asset management.
  • Positive customer feedback and engagement.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum B.Com in Business or related field.
  • 5-7 years in operations management, with 3 years at middle management level. Experience in logistics is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Advanced MS Office and data analysis skills.
  • Strong project and operations management abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Financial management and budgeting proficiency.
  • Innovative, self-motivated, and adaptable.
