Regional Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee regional performance, conduct detailed analysis, and ensure alignment with business and customer goals.
- Manage staffing models, clearly define contractor roles, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Implement and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and systems at the regional level.
- Maintain the region’s brand reputation and manage assets across delivery verticals.
- Develop and maintain clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to achieve business objectives.
- Analyse regional performance, propose improvements, and implement strategies to boost efficiency.
- Build and maintain a motivated team aligned with company values.
- Provide leadership and advisory support to the executive committee on risk management and business improvements.
- Seek and implement opportunities for operational improvements.
- Prepare and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost control and variance management.
- Oversee resource planning, allocation, and management in line with company policies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of regional KPIs and service level agreements.
- Successful policy implementation and compliance.
- Evidence of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective risk and asset management.
- Positive customer feedback and engagement.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Minimum B.Com in Business or related field.
- 5-7 years in operations management, with 3 years at middle management level. Experience in logistics is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced MS Office and data analysis skills.
- Strong project and operations management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management expertise.
- Financial management and budgeting proficiency.
