Responsibilities:
Identifying organization’s needs, creating and implementing efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.
Cultivating a culture of excellence and developing clear goals and objectives for talent acquisition.
Forecasting hiring needs based on business growth plans.
Carrying out manpower planning with HODs.
Prepare and review annual recruitment budget.
Developing sustainable strategies to attract diverse candidates and meet recruitment needs.
Overseeing sourcing, hiring and employee acquisition process.
Ensuring talent acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives.
Building relationships with key organizations, bodies and institutes.
Building continuous pipelines for current and future vacancies.
Managing relationships with outsourcing agencies.
Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
Attend career fairs and related events to build pipeline.
Oversee CV Mining, CV review by departments, conducting aptitude tests, screening as well as interviews for recommended candidates.
Managing the ipNX’s professional recruitment pages- LinkedIn, Twitter & Glassdoor.
Overseeing job posting, content creation and engagement on all platforms.
Designing strategies to continuously improve ipNX’s brand through social media engagement.
Managing and ensuring continuous improvement of ipNX’s recruitment platforms such as the recruitment portal & HR HIVE.
Ensuring service is delivered to requsitioners, candidates and other stakeholders at the highest standards at all times.
Continuously review recruitment process to drive improvements and change thereby improving overall experience.
Develop, measure and analyze recruitment metrics.
Managing and delivering reports when required, Managing recruitment dashboards.
Conducting recruitment surveys at all touch points and analyzing results.
Managing ipNX’s recruitment portal by frequent updates on available vacancies and deactivation of filled vacancies where necessary.
Managing the HR HIVE by ensuring candidates are moved to various stages on the platform as required till closure of recruitment.
Monitoring the employee requisition on the HR HIVE to ensure positions being requested are treated accordingly.
Creating campaigns for approved positions on the HR HIVE.
Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills
B.sc/HND in Human Resources, Social Science, Arts & Humanities and other related field. (2.1/Upper Credit)
4-6 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools/ Social Media Recruitment
Demonstrable experience in managing full-cycle recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
Sound Experience in hosting and participating in job fairs
A thorough understanding of Nigerian Labour Law
Data Analytics Skills
Excellent Team Management Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to foster long-tern relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
