Nigeria's fuel crisis worsens with motorists sleeping at petrol stations and generators joining the queues for fuel. What are your tips for surviving the fuel crisis??

—British Broadcasting Corporation
April 2016.

One striking feature about the BBC's report is the fact that the current fuel crisis has degenerated to a situation where car owners don't just form long qué again but Nigerians bring their alternative means of power supplies, generators, to get fuel!

Another funny twist to the story is that the body language of President Muhammadu Buhari who doubles as the Minister of Petroluem, Tinubu, Ibe Kachukwu, etc suggest very strongly that this APC led government have run out of ideas on how to fix the fuel problem.

Can you suggest ideas to Mr. President, Petroluem Minister and Minister of State for Petroleum?
