Responsibilities
Prepare quantity requirements to ensure accurate material and resource estimates.
Evaluate maintenance and material costs too secure the most favorable terms and cost efficiencies.
Coordinate and liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
Develop and prepare detailed reports, contracts, budgets, alongside other essential project documentation.
Advise managers and clients on project improvements and innovative strategies to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Document and track any design changes, updating budgets and timelines as necessary.
Build and maintain professional relationships with both external and internal stakeholders to support successful project execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects
HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NIQS, RICS) are a plus
Proficient in developing accurate bills of quantities (BOQ)
Good analytical and critical thinking abilities
Proficient Excel, project management software and tools
Good communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail in project documentation and reporting
