Maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
Negotiating and enforcing leases
Establishes rental rate by market survey
Tenant Selection
Addressing Tenant complaint and inspecting vacant units
Collection of rent and dealing with late payments
Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings
Preparing and managing budgets
Ensuring taxes are paid
Supervision of repairs and renovation works
Routine management inspections and report writing
Preparation of reports on the financial performance of properties
Ensuring that properties are in their highest and best use
Business development
Other duties that may be deemed of a property manager.
Education Qualification
BSc / HND in Estate Management will be a higher advantage
Skill:
Sound knowledge of real estate industry and property management.
