Projects Specialist

Purpose of the Job

Manages full project cycle using specified project methodology from implementation to closure for call centre projects. Ensures alignment with business and/or customer requirements. Acts as change agent for all call centre projects

What you’ll have done before:

  • NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Project Management/ Business or related)
  • Experience in Project Management Tools and Frameworks
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Planning and Financial Management Project Management experience
  • Experience with managing direct and indirect parties and compiling management reporting
  • Experience with analytical tools and data visualization tools
  • Exciting Challenges you might face in the role:
  • Represents Engen at internal and external forums
  • Develop written material and presentations, including visualization techniques to communicate results and recommend innovative strategies and solutions to the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Project manage all CSC (Customer Service Centre) projects and other related projects
  • Plan for project resources through defining the project’s scope, determining resources available, estimating time & financial commitment and monitor & report on project’s progress
  • Ensures that change management initiatives are implemented and managed
  • Ensures relevant communication guidelines are disseminated to all affected stakeholders
  • Measure the impact of communication initiatives
  • Consults and interacts with key internal and external stakeholders to improve customer service delivery
  • Establishes and maintains cross functional collaboration
  • Develop project budget and manage costs against approved budget;
  • Identify and document trends and business requirements
  • Apply combination of data knowledge, financial skills, and business acumen to identify, prioritize and solve business problems
