Evidence Action leads and manages two programs incubated by Innovations for Poverty Action: Dispensers for Safe Water and the Deworm the World Initiative. We also run Evidence Action Beta where we are currently testing a number of other rigorously-evaluated interventions for scale-up.The Role
The program support staff will provide project implementation support for the Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) Pilot project in FCT, collaborating with the Associate, Program Management. S/he will work closely with other teams in the organization to ensure the successful implementation of the project. This position will be based in Abuja.
Responsibilities
Program Management Support
Support the day-to-day planning, implementation, and coordination of the MMS pilot state-level program activities
Provide support during MMS trainings and capacity building activities
Support the FCT MMS field activities
Support the data collection activities of the FCT MMS pilot
Liaise with the operations department on all logistics and/or procurement needs for the MMS Pilot program team
Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Key performance Indicators
MMS Pilot Program activities completed and workplan milestones met on time.
Requirements
Graduate currently residing in the FCT with HND or Bachelor's degree in any related field
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Be enthusiastic to develop personally and professionally as part of a growing team
Attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google apps (Doc, Spreadsheet)
