Professor Adedoja Lauds Governor Otu’s Quality Governance, Commitment to Teachers Training at Two-Year Mark

The Teachers Continuous Training Institute (TCTI), Biase – Cross River State, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Cross River State Governor, Senator Bassey Otu and the state deputy Governor, the Rt. Honorable Peter Odey on their second anniversary in office, commending their “visionary leadership and commitment to impactful governance.”

In a congratulatory message made available to newsmen in Calabar, Professor Taoheed Adedoja, the TCTI Director-General; a former Minister of Sports and Special Duties, lauded Otu’s administration for its dedication to transforming the state, particularly through significant investments in teacher development.

“In the last two years, your administration has demonstrated commitment to transforming the State. This has been achieved through strategic initiatives that align perfectly with the aspirations of the people. Using the TCTI and its affiliates, His Excellency has empowered over 1,500 primary and secondary school teachers across the state through intensive and professional staff development”, Professor Adedoja stated.

As pioneer Director-General of the TCTI, Professor Adedoja expressed enthusiasm to contribute to an institution whose “governance purpose has set a commendable standard for knowledge upgrade to the state and nation.”

He added that as the Governor celebrates this milestone, the management and staff team of the Cross River TCTI reaffirms their “commitment to professional training development towards a shared vision of prosperity.”

Professor Adedoja concluded by wishing the Governor “even greater heights” in the years ahead and looked forward to more years of prosperity.
