Role
The role holder is expected to manage and coordinate the entire process of the rice production from pre-cleaning to finished product.
The role holder will ensure quality production through effective supervision of staff and machines in the different units of production i.e. parboiling, milling, boiler and quality control.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's Degree / HND in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in factory production management.
