Production Foreman
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Improving efficiencies within the production environment.
- Decreasing costs.
- Develop SOPs for all operations related to production.
- Problem solving on all CNC operations.
- Continuous improvements on all CNC operations.
- Maintaining of all equipment and ensuring schedules are followed.
- Maintaining of tool room and stock holding of cutting tips.
- Focus on developing and assisting the quality department.
- Communication between shifts are clear and followed up.
Competences, Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in G-code programming on Fanuc, Haas and Okuma machines
- Must be able to set up both lathe and milling CNC machines
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a CNC workshop environment, managing a shift with multiple reporting staff and machines under your control.
- People management skills
- Attention to detail
