Overview:

The Production Coordinator is a vital support role within the agency, primarily focused on assisting the production team.
You will collaborate closely with client services, producers, and production managers in the print department, handling essential yet time-consuming tasks to streamline workflows.
By managing these tasks, you'll allow production managers to concentrate on larger, high-priority projects. The role also includes building strong relationships with suppliers to help a smooth admin process.
This role is a balance between administrative, financial, and coordination responsibilities, all aimed at supporting the production team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of production activities. Daily responsibilities: Multiple financial and admin tasks such as:
Processing invoices Processing invoices for rush payments Processing POs Processing internal PEs (price estimates) Reconciling Production Credit Card Reconciling Courier invoices Asist with onboarding production suppliers Assisting and Coordinating: Booking and liaising all couriers Assisting production in various procurement roles Assisting production in processing price estimates Coordinating and handling corporate gifting orders for clients

Qualifications

Minimum Matric Tertiary qualification in same or similar field would be advantageous Car and driver s license preferable
