Machine Operation:
Set up and adjust machinery for lotion production runs, ensuring accurate and efficient operation.
Monitor machines during operation, detecting any malfunctions or irregularities and making necessary adjustments.
Operate machinery with precision and care, following established procedures and safety protocols.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal condition.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues, reporting more serious problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
Quality Control:
Ensure that produced lotions meet quality standards and specifications.
Identify and address any quality issues promptly.
Safety:
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Other Duties:
Clean and organize the work area.
Assist with inventory management.
Complete required paperwork and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of machinery and equipment used in lotion manufacturing.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
Familiarity with quality control procedures.
