Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with client
Manage more than 1 client in line with overall strategy
Day-to-day activity relating to the account
Keeping media lists up to date / compiling distribution lists, media liaison and pitching stories
Excellence in writing and editing materials including client press releases, articles, correspondence and reports
Assist senior management with new business development
Co-ordination of client meetings
Ongoing update of status reports and assisting with generation of call reports
Compilation of daily reports (feedback reports, campaign reports)
Demonstrate excellence in administration and budgeting
Ongoing management and negotiation of supplier costs

Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in PR/communications or business, and ideally two to three years’ agency experience in a similar role.
They must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, juggling various tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
