On Tuesday 21 February the Executive Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency Mr Ben Ayade, was presented with a letter of award as ‘Vanguard Governor of the year’.
The presentation of letter of award of Vanguard Governor of the year to Governor Ben Ayade was done in his office in Calabar by the management staff led by the editor, Eze Anaba.
