This picture was taken at the Cultural Centre on Wednesday the 6th of January 1999 at the Flagoff of the PDP campaign for South-South in Calabar, here HE Lawal Kaita former Governor of Old Kaduna was talking to both Donald and Okpa after the flag was handed over to the PDP candidate Mr Donald Duke.
It was the day that settled the governorship tussle between Chief Kanu Agabi SAN ans Gov Donald Duke, Duke subsequently ran against Chief Marc Ukpo of APP and won.
