This is Hon. Abubakar Ewa, the Chair of Boki LGA riding precariously on a dingy canoe to Boje, the LG headquarters following the collapse of the over 70 years old bridge since 2012.
It's reconstruction has since then been abandoned by CRSG leaving the Boki people to suffer and despair.
