Wellness Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacologistto join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of pharmacy experience and reside around the Maryland, Lagos.
This role involves dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care to patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
Our operation hours are from 9am to 9pm and we operate in shift.

Key Responsibilities
Medication Dispensing:

Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients.
Provide detailed information on proper medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects.

Patient Counseling:

Offer expert advice and counseling to patients on the use of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
Address patient concerns and questions regarding their medications.

Pharmaceutical Care:

Monitor patient medication therapies to ensure effectiveness and safety.
Conduct medication reviews and manage drug interactions.

Inventory Management:

Maintain an accurate inventory of medications and supplies.
Ensure the proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.

Regulatory Compliance:

Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations related to pharmacy practice.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of medications and patient information.

Collaboration:

Work closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Participate in interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Continuous Education:

Stay updated with the latest developments in pharmacy practice.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a pharmacist.
Licensure: Current and valid license to practice pharmacy in Nigeria.

Requirements:

Candidates must reside in or around Maryland, Lagos.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
