As a Pharmacologist at our Festac location, you will be at the forefront of delivering expert pharmaceutical care to our valued customers.
We are looking for a dedicated professional with experience in retail pharmacy settings, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to promoting health and wellness.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Provide personalized medication counseling to customers, offering guidance on dosage, administration, and potential side effects.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy and ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes.
Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to maintain adequate stock of medications and healthcare products, minimizing stock-outs and overstock situations.
Offer health and wellness advice to customers, including information on over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements.
Conduct medication therapy management services, such as medication reviews and adherence assessments, to support patient medication adherence and safety.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including medication profiles, allergies, and medical histories.
Uphold pharmacy policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology from a reputable institution is required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Pharmacologist in a retail pharmacy environment.
Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, drug therapy, and pharmacology, with a focus on retail pharmacy practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and record-keeping.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
