Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations, managing schedules, communications, and tasks with confidentiality and professionalism
Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Correspondence: Handle emails, letters, and phone calls on behalf of the principal.
Organization: Maintain records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Research: Provide data entry support, conduct research, and gather information as needed.
Errands: Run personal errands, such as shopping, dog walking, or household tasks.
Event Planning: Coordinate events, parties, and social engagements.
Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and rental cars, and prepare itineraries.
Personal Tasks: Manage personal tasks, like bill payments, gift shopping, and appointments.
Household Management: Oversee household staff, vendors, and maintenance tasks (if applicable).
Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Task Management: Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
Communication: Facilitate communication between the principal and family members, colleagues, or clients.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
