What you will do in this role:
As a Payroll Manager on our team, you will:
- Review and update effective internal controls to maintain accurate processing
- Ensure all third-party payments are processed accurately and on time
- Provide Finance with the relevant Reports, Payroll Journals, GL Reconciliations
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of the payroll tax year end function
- Engage with our internal customers and provide an excellent level of customer service
- Ensure all payroll cycles across all regions and pay frequencies are executed timely and accurately
- Effectively lead, mentor, coach and motivate direct reports
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with client contacts and key business partners
- Highlight areas of improvement to maximise efficiency
- Manage the relationship between Third Party Payroll vendors (PEO’s) and Concentrix
- Compile monthly Global Payroll Reporting
- Support with forthcoming system implementation projects
- Review and maintain all current Payroll Process documentation
- Ensure compliance in data protection legislation e.g. GDPR
Your qualifications

- A minimum BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Business Management or Payroll Management
- A minimum of 5 years payroll experience with a minimum of 2 years in a management capacity
