What you will do in this role:

As a Payroll Manager on our team, you will:

  • Review and update effective internal controls to maintain accurate processing
  • Ensure all third-party payments are processed accurately and on time
  • Provide Finance with the relevant Reports, Payroll Journals, GL Reconciliations
  • Ensure efficient and timely completion of the payroll tax year end function
  • Engage with our internal customers and provide an excellent level of customer service
  • Ensure all payroll cycles across all regions and pay frequencies are executed timely and accurately
  • Effectively lead, mentor, coach and motivate direct reports
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with client contacts and key business partners
  • Highlight areas of improvement to maximise efficiency
  • Manage the relationship between Third Party Payroll vendors (PEO’s) and Concentrix
  • Compile monthly Global Payroll Reporting
  • Support with forthcoming system implementation projects
  • Review and maintain all current Payroll Process documentation
  • Ensure compliance in data protection legislation e.g. GDPR

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • A minimum BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Business Management or Payroll Management
  • A minimum of 5 years payroll experience with a minimum of 2 years in a management capacity
