Paul Pogba was banned from football for four years in September 2023.
He was provisionally suspended after testing positive for DHEA – a banned substance by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) that raises testosterone levels.
However, his ban was reduced to 18 months last week and he is set to return to the field after missing over a year of action.
Pogba will be eligible to train with a club in January and play competitive football again in March.
The 31-year-old is currently in negotiations with Juventus to terminate his contract, making him available on a free transfer.

French journalist Malick Traore has reported that Pogba is already in advanced negotiations to join Marseille.
He would be reuniting with former Manchester United teammate Mason Greenwood, who has had an electric start to the season.
Marseille sit third in Ligue 1 and Greenwood has scored five goals in seven league games.
Pogba and Greenwood played together at United between 2019 and 2022.
With his high salary demands, many French news outlets reported that Pogba would join the MLS, as it would be unlikely that a top European club would risk signing him.
Whether the central midfielder will take a wage cut to join Marseille is currently unknown.

Pogba’s ban was reduced after it was concluded by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) that he unintentionally took DHEA.
Over the last year, Pogba has consistently denied any such violation of anti-doping regulations.
After his ban was reduced last week, the Frenchman expressed his relief that a fair ruling was reached.
“Finally the nightmare is over,” he said.
Pogba made 226 appearances for United in his second spell at the club, after arriving for a record-breaking £89m from Juventus.
He his six years at the club, he scored 39 goals, contributed 48 assists, and won two trophies.
