Paul Ojeka Versus Eyo Charles: Putting Governor Ayade into Perspective

'Your government needs to sign 10, 000 MoUs with 10, 000 Eastern countries and 10, 000 enterprises before constructing the Superhighway, Garment Factory and Deep Seaport.

Meanwhile, since May 2015, he has travelled out 71 times. This means that as at now he has sat at his table in government house Calabar 58 days only…presently he is spending about 55days at one go outside Nigeria….he is wonderful governor'.

'Be a member to build a castle for Cross River, not an ember to burn down the castle under construction. Remember, while there is glory in building, there is  inglory in destroying'.

Eyo Charles and Paul Ojeka are Cross Riverians. The latter is a media aide to Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State. I know little about the former, in fact, I saw his statement from a popular Public Policy Analyst, Ifere Paul, yesterday on his Facebook timeline.

Paul Ojeka is evidently sending a message to Ayade's avowed critics. He puts them in bad light when he said: 'Be…not an ember to burn down the castle under construction. Remember,… there is inglory in destroying'. Meaning, Ayade's acerbic critics like the revered Okoi Obono-Obla, Ifere Paul, Princewill Odidi, Joseph Odok, Obasesam Okoi, Daniel Agbor, Negroid Haven, Blessing Nku-Ekpang and a host of others are destroyers. Conversely implying that those of them who praise the Governor like Ayade's barefaced lying media aides, irresponsible and disoriented Cross River State House of Assembly under the Speakership of Hon. John Gaul Lebo are glorious builders.

The question becomes, what are Ayade's glorious builders building, or what are Ayade-perceived inglorious destroyers destroying? Ayade and the Ayadeists are building an infrastructure founded on lies, deliberate deception, wickedness, corruption and the list continues which if left unchallenged will bring down this state in the near future to its humble knees! Ayade and his blinded Ayadeists want to rape our common patrimony to such a deplorable state than what Osun State is presently experiencing —that is what the perceived inglorious destroyers are deconstructing! The perceived inglorious destroyers are detaching the network of deception, corruption, etc at its seams.

The Executive Governor of Cross River State has spent only 58 days in his state of residency, travelled 71 times, presently on a 55 days traveling spree and the results we get are a bulk load of MoUs in Peregrino House, and Ojeka cautions that critics should roll out their drums in support of an evidently clueless government!? That, I think, they should not do.
