Role and Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, managing relationships to ensure satisfaction and mutual success.
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximise the value of each partnership.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and implement strategies to optimise outcomes.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners that align with the company’s objectives and values.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify partnership opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships Marketing Manager to negotiate terms and support in the finalisation of commercial agreements.

Coordinate Co-Marketing:

  • Plan and execute joint marketing activities, both digital and instore or outdoor activation where relevant to promote shared goals.
  • Develop co-branded campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, contact center and brand teams to align partnership initiatives and communications.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure both partners and the operations/ stores have the resources and support needed to achieve KPIs. 
  • Collaborate internally to ensure on brand, relevant, flawless execution of partnership initiatives.

Strategy & Reporting:

  • Contribute to the development of the overall Partnerships strategy.
  • Provide regular reports on partnership performance, opportunities, and risks to the Partnerships Marketing Manager, brand teams and operations teams.
  • Track and manage the partnership budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

Problem Solving & Escalation Management:

  • Address partner queries and manage escalations effectively.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for all partner-related matters and franchisee support, transforming challenges into opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential:

  • 3-year tertiary qualification (degree or diploma) in Marketing / Business studies.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in account management, partnerships, marketing roles.
  • Strong proven communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Possess the agility and ability to meet numerous deadlines across brands simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Marketing tools (e.g. Magnetic).
  • Understanding of the restaurant franchise business model beneficial.
  • Understanding of loyalty rewards programmes, vouchering, couponing, and usage of wiCodes beneficial.
  • Experience working on e-commerce products or platforms.
  • Business relationship experience / comfortable presenting.
