NerdzFactory is a human capital and technology company that is based out of Lagos. Registered in 2017 but officially commenced operations in January 2018 with a capital of NGN25,000 from the founders room in Magodo, Lagos. The organization, which is fully bootstrapped, has moved beyond just being a business that the founder runs from his room to a business that hires 13 full time staff and 20+ part time staff without still raising external capital. Over the years, we have grown in size and capacity, and we are preparing for our next phase of expansion. The organization has interest in and offers products and services in several verticals -EdTech and Skill Development through designu.io, K12 technology education through codetutor.com.ng, Digital Agency through digitalquarters.xyz; with two new upcoming products also, a job matching platform, which will be launched in 2023 and a subscription based business/founders opportunity platform to be launched in 2023 also.As a Sales and Partnership Intern, you will play a key role in engaging with SMEs, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to various business development functions.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to identify partnership opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Support the team in writing compelling proposals
Collaborate on various business development activities
Contribute to creating opportunities for job placements
Requirements
Must be a serving NYSC member with a desire to learn and grow
An HND Or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, social science or any other relevant course
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated interest in the relevant role
Prior experience in relevant fields is an added advantage.
