We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic English Literature Teacher to deliver engaging online lessons to students of various ages and skill levels. 
As an English Literature Teacher at Mind Smith Online School, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a love for literature in your students.

Responsibilities

Develop and teach English Literature curricula for students of diverse ages and skill levels
Create engaging, interactive online lessons that promote critical thinking and literary analysis
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum enhancements
Utilize digital tools and platforms to facilitate online instruction and communication
Foster a supportive, inclusive online learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English Literature, Education, or a related field
1 – 3 years proven experience teaching English Literature, preferably in an online setting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles, ages, and skill levels
Strong knowledge of literary theories, criticism, and pedagogy
Familiarity with digital learning platforms, tools, and technologies
Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to online teaching excellence.
