Paradise Irrigation District board has vacancy, seeks applications for appointment

PARADISE — A vacancy in Division 2 of the Paradise Irrigation District Board of Directors gives residents living in that area an opportunity to join the board until December 2024.

With the departure of Director Alan Hinman, the PID seeks applications from residents within the boundaries of that division’s area – approximately between Bille Road and the Skyway to Skyway Crossroad Road and the west side of Neal Road. PID rules require the next director to attend at least one evening board meeting per month and typically attend an average of one to two committee meetings a month. They must be a registered voter in the district and a resident of Division 2, as described in the boundary map.
