Billionaire Steve Wynn’s stepson Nick Hissom shocked Palm Beach’s social scene after publicly accusing his longtime partner, Kameron Ramirez, of infidelity. Hissom, 32, took to Instagram on Wednesday, March 19, to announce their breakup, calling Ramirez a “cheater, liar, backstabber” and claiming he had an affair with one of Hissom’s friends inside their home.
“The saddest and most heartbreaking thing I’ve ever had to write,” Hissom described in his post, alleging Ramirez was “lying and laughing with his addict friends” about the betrayal.
The couple, who co-founded an art gallery together, had been in a relationship since 2018. However, the nature of their union remains unclear, with some sources suggesting they were engaged but not legally married. According to Hissom, Ramirez requested space to “find himself” before allegedly engaging in a “coordinated, sneaky, and vicious affair” with another man.
Hissom further accused Ramirez of conspiring with friends to “hurt me in the most evil, lying, and most deliberate way.” He lamented the apparent loss of “seven years of the best marriage, a life, a family, and a business” over an alleged affair with someone who was fully aware of their relationship.
Following Hissom’s posts, speculation arose that Ramirez had moved on to a younger socialite, a 21-year-old student with a striking resemblance to Hissom. The allegations were fueled by messages posted on an Instagram account associated with Hissom’s former Swiss boarding school, Le Rosey, where anonymous sources claimed Ramirez had been unfaithful and had been ridiculing Hissom in private group chats.
Despite their recent public appearances together—including at the amfAR gala on March 15—the split has reportedly caused distress among Hissom’s family. Sources say his mother, Andrea Wynn, and stepfather, Steve Wynn, are deeply upset, drawing comparisons to high-profile socialite breakups of the past.
In the aftermath, Hissom appeared tochannellingling his heartbreak into social media. He posted a series of updates, including a list of supporters accompanied by Robyn’s breakup anthem “Dancing On My Own.” Later posts featured footage of him cruising along the coast set to U2’s “Beautiful Day,” as well as shirtless gym selfies captioned “no AI necessary.”
As news of the split gained traction, Hissom’s posts were later deleted. Ramirez later responded, stating, “There are many false assumptions and inaccurate statements here, hence why the social media posts have been taken down. Nick and I are now working things out privately and truths are coming to light.”
