Job Description

The role purpose is conceptualisation of marketing material, as well as writing and proofreading of copy, for all marketing needs ,internal and external ,traditional and digital ,primarily in English

Responsibilities:

Develop high-impact copy: Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience across multiple platforms including websites, email campaigns, and social media.
Brand consistency: Ensure all content maintains a consistent voice, style, and brand identity aligned with OUTsurance’s brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with campaign objectives.

Relevant qualification advantageous

Experience

Essential

Minimum of 5 years copywriting experience with a strong emphasis on digital content creation.
Portfolio requirements: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging digital content across various formats. (Please attach with the application)

Advantageous

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related fields is preferred but not required.
Understanding of best practices for optimising content to improve search engine visibility.
Experience working in an ad agency or financial industry.

Proficiency in crafting compelling short-form copy optimised for social media engagement and conversion.
Ability to refine content for clarity and accuracy while maintaining brand consistency.

Talent for brainstorming innovative content strategies that drive audience engagement.
Proven experience working collaboratively with different teams and product owners within the company to align messaging effectively.
Willingness to accept feedback constructively adjusting your approach accordingly without compromising creativity or quality standards.
Capability to gather insights and tailor content to specific target audiences and objectives.
