The Media Team of Rt. Hon. Orok Duke PhD, Commissioner representing Cross River State at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Board, has joined friends, colleagues, and associates to celebrate him on the occasion of his birthday today, 24th July 2025.
In a series of goodwill messages, the team and other well-wishers extolled Dr Duke’s leadership qualities, achievements, and contributions to humanity, describing him as a visionary public servant and exceptional leader.
Kelvin Obambon described him as “a great scholar, political avatar, community leader and consummate democrat,” wishing him continued favour and blessings in the years ahead.
