CALABAR – Rt. Hon. (Chief) Orok Duke, Commissioner and Cross River Representative for the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has extended warm congratulations to Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu on his recent Supreme Court victory, upholding his election as the Governor of Cross River State.
