The Cross River State Representative at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Board, Rt. Hon. Orok Duke, PhD, has congratulated His Excellency, Governor Bassey Edet Otu, on being conferred with an Honorary Doctorate Degree by Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola, Adamawa State.
The university described the award as in recognition of Governor Otu’s far-reaching contributions to governance, public service, and humanitarian development across Nigeria.
In a statement, Duke described the award as a well-deserved recognition of Governor Otu’s visionary leadership, commitment to public service, and dedication to the progress and development of Cross River State.
