ROLE REQUIREMENT
Subject Matter Expert on Order Fulfilment (Order Capture / Cancellations / Order Assurance / Reporting)
Optimize order fulfilment processes
Simplification and ways of working in order management
Assist with optimising utilisation of reporting
Equip Order Management staff with order fulfilment training and best ways of working
Support the Order Management Manager in road mapping optimal order fulfilment ways of working
Support the OM Team Lead with streamlining allocation of work and measuring and introducing best ways of working
Support in finding a better structure to managing increasing bulk order requests
Support the Nexio SDM is motivating resource capacity and resource utilisation
JOB COMPETENCIES
Extensive Order Fulfillment Experience in Telecom’s
Comprehensive experience in Excel and other related Microsoft Office product Suite
Comprehensive Fixed Order Management experience
Experience in dealing with high volume high priority Customers
Extensive experience in Sales and Management engagement
Siebel, Infoweb, Morpheus & Eppix experience essential
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Grade 12 (Matric) essential
Certification in Financial Management or accounting will be advantageous.
At least 5 years’ experience in core Order Management and fulfilment
Experience of working with Siebel essential
Experience in telecommunications highly advantageous
