Manchester United are in a sticky position, currently in 13th place, only 10 points clear of the relegation zone.
The dire performances that saw them end last season in eighth place, then falling to 14th this season, led to the sacking of Erik ten Hag.
Unfortunately for The Red Devils, the performances have continued under Ruben Amorim, with the Portuguese manager trying to harness the potential in his squad, cut the deadwood and bring in new signings, all with no transfer funds.
Previously Amorim has commented on the chances of relegation with the lack of consistency currently in the squad.
However, now the Opta supercomputer has weighed in on the situation, predicting the likelihood of who will be relegated.

Manchester United and their chances of relegation
Opta ran 10,000 projections of the remained of the league to predict who will be headed to the Championship next season.
Thankfully for Manchester United fans, The Red Devils have only been predicted to be relegated six times, giving a 0.06% chance of relegation.
However, the current bottom three of Southampton, Leicester and Ipswich look set to remain at the bottom of the table.
Southampton are almost guaranteed relegation, with a 99.8% chance of going down, having only 6 points so far.
Then comes Leicester on 14 points and Wolves and Ipswich both on 16. However, despite being on the same points, Wolves are significantly less likely to be relegated, with their chances at 30.83% opposed to Ipswich’s 71.26%.
With 16 games left in the league and 48 points still up for grabs, anything can still happen.
