OPPO Reno 8T design leaked via renders: flat display, leather textured back, triple camera

The OPPO Reno 8T has reportedly acquired SIRIM and BIS certification and was also spotted on Geekbench benchmarking website. The device is expected to launch in India sometime in the first week of February 2023.

The renders that come courtesy of tipster Evan Blass and SnoopyTech showcase the design details such as a punch-hole camera, a chin at the bottom of the display, volume rockers and a sim tray on the left edge while the power button rests on the right edge. The OPPO Reno 8T render show two colour shades, Orange and Black, with the Orange variant getting a leather textured back panel and the Black variant having a glossy black finish.

The OPPO Reno 8T will run on a MediaTek Helio G99 processor paired with 8GB of RAM. The OPPO Reno 8T will not support 5G connectivity. The device scored points in the single-core test and 1873 points in the multi-core test on Geekbench. The OPPO Reno 8T is expected to run on Android 13 OS with OPPO’s custom skin on top. 

The OPPO Reno 8T will sport a 6.67-inch OLED 10-bit display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will also boast of a triple camera setup that is likely to include a 108MP primary camera and dual 2MP sensors. The camera system will be supported by an LED flash. The device could also benefit from a 4,800mAh battery with 67W wired fast charging support.
