OnePlus Nord 2 debuted in India back in June 2021 as a successor to the original Nord.
OnePlus Nord 2T spotted on TDRA website
The OnePlus Nord 2T has been spotted on the TDRA website ahead of launch. The device that will soon hit the market, according to the TDRA website, will be carrying the model number CPH2399 and will continue with the moniker OnePlus Nord 2T. The device has also been spotted on the GCF Global Certification website which indicates an imminent launch. While the exact date of launch is unknown, it is expected to reach be officially launched sometime in May 2022.
OnePlus Nord 2T camera specifications leaked
Along with the confirmation of the moniker via the official listings on certification agencies, the OnePlus Nord 2T’s camera details have also leaked. The device was recently spotted on the Camera FV5 website which threw light on some of the camera specifications.
The Nord 2T will come with a 50MP main camera sensor with an aperture of f/1.9 and 24.6mm of focal length. The output images are found to be 12.6MP which means OnePlus will be using pixel binning while delivering the final picture. The camera system will be assisted by electronic image stabilisation (EIS). This main camera unit will be accompanied by two other camera units and will comprise an 8MP ultrawide shooter and a 2MP depth sensor.
The front camera duties will be taken care of by a 32MP (f/2.4) shooter which will also be assisted by EIS and will deliver images similar to 8MP.
OnePlus Nord 2T specifications (expected)
The Nord 2T will sport a 6.43inch FHD+ AMOLED display which will refresh at 90Hz and will be powered by the newer Dimensity 1300 chipset from MediaTek. The device draws juice from a 4,500mAh battery and will support 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. It will run on OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12 out-of-box. There will be a triple camera unit at the back as mentioned and a hole punch cutout for the front camera up front.
