It was an open fire battle as Joint Tax Force, JTF and a group of armed robbers clashed at Marian by Atekong Drive yesterday, 15th July at about 6-8pm.
The armed robbers were said to be conveyed in a Toyota Camry which was later collected by the JTF.
One of the robbers was arrested, while the others including the one shot on his leg escaped.
The escaped criminals was wearing a camouflage bandana on his head with a kind of red T-shirt and bleeding profusely.
