Implement brand and trade programs in Mainstream On-trade accounts according to cycle plans.
Ensure excellent execution of programs and activities across accounts. Identify and secure key Mainstream on-trade accounts.
Annual Sales Value, Outlet Penetration of Product Portfolio, Annual Sales Volume, Outlet Execution Budget.
Responsiblities
Execute trade/marketing activities for the company's Mainstream Portfolio in Mainstream on-trade accounts.
Ensure full portfolio availability and visibility of Focus SKUs.
Negotiate retail decision corridors and POS placements based on communication strategy.
Deploy activations according to business or account-specific activity calendars.
Develop and adhere to a work program and route plan.
Participate in business development efforts.
Attend and apply acquired knowledge from approved training programs.
Implement and control commercial policy and contractual agreements with accounts.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Trade Marketing to ensure distribution and ownership of outcomes (Volume, Distribution, Assortment, Receivables).
Need to work late at night consistently.
Need to drive long hours.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or HND in any course.
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience selling to on-trade accounts in a Key Account style.
Comfortable with Nightlife environment.
Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with long-distance driving.
