Oligbo congratulates Soludo on reelection

The former Anambra State governorship aspirant, under the People’s Democratic Party PDP, Chief Dr Ike Oligbo, has congratulated Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo on his resounding victory in the just-concluded November 8, 2025, gubernatorial election.

Chief Oligbo described Governor Soludo’s 21-over-21 victory as a clear reflection of the people’s confidence in his leadership and achievements during his first term.

In a congratulatory message made available to Journalists in Awka on Thursday by his media aide and the DG of Ike Oligbo Foundation, IOF, Comrade Ashinze Nweje, Oligbo, said the governor’s re-election demonstrates the collective will of the people to see him consolidate on his developmental strides.

He also commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), security agencies, media, election observers, Civil Society Organizations, and the people of Anambra State for ensuring a peaceful, transparent, and credible election, noting that Soludo’s victory was both a political and divine endorsement of his good governance.

“Your first term laid a solid foundation improved road infrastructure, enhanced security, better schools, a stronger healthcare system, thriving markets, and job opportunities for our youths.

“I am confident that the next four years under your leadership will bring even greater progress and shared prosperity,” Oligbo stated.

Oligbo, who is also known as Ike Umuoji community in Idemili North Local Government Area of the State, pledged to support the governor to enable him to actualize his vision of making Anambra a destination hub in Nigeria.

He urged the losers of the election to unite and contribute to building a more prosperous, peaceful, and inclusive Anambra State.

Finally, Ike Umuoji thanked Ndi Anambra for their wisdom and vision in voting for APGA and Soludo in the just-concluded election in Anambra State, stating that the governor deserves his reelection to enable him to consolidate on his first-term achievements. He calls on Ndi Anambra to continue to support APGA because the party is the only progressive and democratic party in Nigeria that promotes and delivers good governance.
