Olayi Emmanuel & family Immortalises Late Father With a Back-to-School Outreach

Distributes Dozens of Books and Other Learning Materials To Students Across Schools in Bekwarra LGA

In a series of events to mark nineteen years of the departure of their beloved father, the family of Late Chief Moses-Martins Emeka Olayi, have embarked on schools outreach distributing books and other learning materials to students in Bekwarra Local Government Area.

Describing the project as a way to immortalize the lofty legacies of their father, the initiator and son of the late elder statesman, Comr. Nrs Emmanuel Olayi, said his father was a seasoned Teacher and community builder whose love for education laid the bedrock for the family and community. He expressed admiration while extolling his fatherly love.

On the occasion, one of the late teacher’s friends and community leader had this to say:

“Nineteen years ago our dear Father; The Chief Moses-Martins Emeka Olayi passed on. This year in his memory, we are out yet again as family to distribute branded learning Materials to some of the Schools in Bekwarra LGA Area where Papa worked while here with us.”

“Every of these schools carry differently, very beautiful memories of our father and this leaves us with great nostalgia.
It is our prayer that the Soul of our dear Father and that of all the faithfuls departed, will continue to rest peacefully.”

Schools visited include;

√Primary school Alumonye

√Primary School Ikparikobo

√Primary School NYANYA, Ulim

√St. Christopher
Primary school, Abuochiche

√St. Peter Primary school, Ebegang

√St. Joseph Secondary school Itekpa all in Bekwarra LGA of Cross River State.

Present in the team were;

Mr. Gabriel Olayi, Eldest son; HY Comr. Emmanuel Olayi, State Chairman NYCN-CRS; ENGR. Michael Olayi; Comr. Saviour Eneji, NYCN Co-ordinator Bekwarra; Comr. Paul Adada—NYCN Counsellor for NYANYA ward, Bekwarra; other members of the family, friends and well wishers.

Until his demise, late Chief Emeka Olayi was a Father, Teacher and Community Leader.
