Office Service Representative at Essity

What You Will Do

Support with a variety of office services, office supplies management and administration tasks;
Assist with maintaining a clean, well-organized office environment.
Coordinate meeting, travel and support services;
Responsible for providing excellent guest services and all reception duties;
Basic IT support assistance providing remote connection info.
Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external queries;
Coordinate communication channels, such as phone systems, email, intranet and messaging platforms;
Timeous preparation and submission of management reporting requirements.

Who You Are

Must have matric. Preferably with a post matric qualification in relevant field, i.e. business administration;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration, customer service or a similar role;
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office;
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be fluent in English.
Must be punctual, organized with excellent problem solving and attention to detail skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
