Responsibilities:

Set up meetings (internal and external) and teleconferences •Book appropriate venues and arrange catering as required
Prepare documentation, meeting packs
Record and transcribe minutes of meetings as required •Meet external visitors and ensure they are shown to the correct meeting venue
Keep filing up to date and information accessible
Coordinate the sign off of contracts and file correctly
Draft correspondence according to instructions
Type documents accurately, proofread and distribute
Compile reports and statistics accurately and send out
Compile Exec presentations for strategic meetings and take minutes
Provide administrative support•Coordinate stock of stationary and cleaning supplies
Track expenditure and monitor variations on spend
Coordinate events and coordinate itineraries
Manage Manco team travel administration

Requirements

Grade 12
Secretarial or Office Administration qualification
5 years administrative or Secretarial experience at a senior level
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent planning, prioritizing, and interpersonalskills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Superbcommunication and collaboration skills.
