Job Duties:
Running the day-to-day office duties for both offices.
Go-to for any office related queries.
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs and periodic maintenance.
Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
Processing purchase orders.
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Organize the office layout, order stationery and equipment.
Ensure Health and Safety compliance is implemented in conjunction with the Health and Safety committee.
Arranging birthday vouchers and anniversary gifts.
Partner with the social committee to maintain the upbeat vibe in the office with planning of team building and social events, encouraging a fun atmosphere and team culture.
Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Requirements
Completed grade 12 or equivalent.
Relevant tertiary level qualification is preferred
At least 2 years unbroken experience as an office administrator in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven experience with health and safety is essential.
Excellent organizational skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
