Duties:
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting, sending mail, answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
Organize and maintain files, create filing systems, and dispose of files.
Create and maintain record keeping systems.
Taking and delivering messages.
Ensuring the office runs smoothly at all times.
Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
Run official errands for the management.
Perform other major task as assigned. Etc….
Skills:
Perform multiple tasks, sometimes simultaneously.
Pay close attention to detail.
Effective communication skill.
Strong knowledge of computer, printer and copier usage.
Be organized and able to keep things in order.
Strong problem solving skill.
Qualification:
minimum of OND
Experience:
2-3 years
