Oden Ewa Foundation intervenes in Master Stephen Bassey’s Medical condition

In a remarkable display of humanity and swift action, Master Stephen Bassey was recently rescued from a life-threatening medical condition involving a tripartite diagnosis of appendicitis, acute infection and peptic ulcer. The incident began with a heartfelt appeal on social media, highlighting the dire medical needs of young Stephen and appealing directly to the Oden Ewa Foundation for assistance.

While it is not uncommon for charitable organizations to receive numerous appeals, some of which turn out to be unsubstantiated, the Oden Ewa Foundation, true to its longstanding ethos, launched a prompt and thorough investigation. The findings revealed that Stephen’s condition was indeed severe, and he urgently required professional medical intervention. Demonstrating the hallmark responsiveness and integrity of the foundation, action was taken immediately.

On November 26th, under the direction of the Foundation’s leadership, Stephen was escorted to the General Hospital, Ugep to receive the critical care he needed. The foundation ensured that all medical bills were fully covered, removing the financial burden from his family and allowing him to focus entirely on recovery.
