The Director General of Cross River State Primary Healthcare Development Agency, Dr Betta Edu, has taunted her ready-to-sit-at-home staff as news got out that the Nigerian Labour Congress has called off the impending strike action NEGROIDHAVEN can report.
Edu said that her staff were busy sending her 'NLC sit at home letter' before the announcement of the cancelation. The primary healthcare boss said she's notified them of the call off like they sent in the labour sit in letter.
Here words, 'The way my office staff were all forwarding NLC sit at home letter to me yesterday…. like Madam workaholic you will see who will come to work with you tomorrow … now the strike has been suspended…. I have alerted them… let’s see who laughs last'.
Edu was seen sharing her mind on Cross River Whatsapp groups.
Our correspondent called a Cross River civil servant who insisted that she's not leaving for work despite the cancelation. Hmmm!
