  • Pete Davidson’s inner circle fear he could die

Actor and comedian Pete Davidson is reportedly causing his “inner circle” to worry about him due to his recent behavior.

The 29-year-old comic has been open about his recent stint in rehab, revealing that it marks his seventh visit to rehab.

According to a report, a source expressed concerns that some of his friends have enabled his behavior, citing instances like openly discussing ketamine use post-rehab.

They questioned Davidson’s maturity in facing his issues and the potential consequences of not taking them seriously.

According to an unnamed source who spoke with The U.S. Sun, there are concerns about Pete Davidson and the company he keeps.

The insider explained: “His buddies, these friends he has around him, they are enabling him and they aren’t being honest with him.”

Providing an example, the insider continued, “He came out of rehab and he immediately started talking about how he had taken ketamine to treat his depression and these people who are always around him didn’t think that was a big deal. It wasn’t a big deal until of course it blew up and became a problem for his fresh out of rehab image.”

The source added, “If he doesn’t start taking his issues seriously, he could wind up killing himself from drugs.”

The insider continued, “At the end of the day, I feel bad for him. The drug situation is his own issue, and I don’t think he understands it all comes crashing down.”

“Look, he’s actually a good guy. He’s great with kids, he’s fun, but I just don’t think he lives in reality when it comes to the issues he’s dealing with,” the insider concluded.

  • Appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court, Epic took advantage of Apple due to its 30% commission and third-party app market

Epic Games submitted a petition for a writ of certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court today, which means that the company is unwilling to fail and hopes to go to court with Apple in the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in April 2023, upholding the lower court’s decision and ruling that Apple’s App Store does not allow third-party markets and does not violate the Antitrust Law.

Epic Games started a long legal battle in 2020, using the “Fortnite” game as the trigger, to dispute with Apple over the App Store rules.

The court announced the results of the trial in 2021 and held that Apple did not violate antitrust laws and was not a monopoly. Epic Games refused to accept this and chose to appeal immediately, saying that the trial court “reached the wrong answer” and “made multiple legal errors.”

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit rejected Epic Games’ complaint that the App Store did not allow third-party app stores to run, which allegedly violated antitrust laws, and announced that it would uphold the original judgment.

VIDEO: Canadians Troll Zelensky While Leaving Royal York Hotel After Visit with Justin Trudeau

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky got the red carpet treatment during his recent visit to the West to implore formerly democratic governments to turn over billions of dollars more in funding for the Ukraine War quagmire.

But not everyone was a fan, as was on full display when Zelensky and his globalist sidekick Justin Trudeau exited the Royal York Hotel in Toronto on Friday night.

Among the choice epithets hurled at Zelensky:

“F*** you… you little b****,” protesters could be heard shouting.

    “Kiss my unvaccinated a**.”

“Get out of our country, Zelenskyy! Pay for your own f***ing war!”

Zelenskyy was in Canada to deliver a speech to call on Canadian Parliament to continue to support the war in Ukraine.

“Moscow must lose once and for all. And it will lose,” Zelenskyy said during his speech.

The growing animus is indicative of mounting public frustration with a protracted war effort that has stalled, while Western leaders continue to press for more funding of the foreign effort.

The New York Post reported that Zelensky had on Thursday attended an event arranged by J.P. Morgan Chase with some of the world’s richest elites.

Earlier in the week, Zelensky had toured the U.S. capitol, where he was denied a Joint Address to Congress, but delivered his pitch for more war funding to the U.S. Senate and to the United Nations General Assembly.

Zelensky’s appearance also touches a raw nerve with Americans who are about to see their government shut down over Ukraine War funding and other defense spending issues. Speaker Kevin McCarthy has backtracked on his pledge to make the Ukraine spending a stand-alone bill, thus roiling his already fraught relations with his Republican colleagues.

There is also heightened concern that the stubborn refusal to come to the peace table could thrust the world into a war between nuclear powers. Russian state media on Saturday issued a number of alarming reports suggesting that the proxy conflict between NATO and Russia over Ukraine is becoming increasingly direct. Russian Armed Forces report killing German soldiers who were manning a Leopard tank that was turned over to the Ukraine War cause, as well as a targeted strike against an American-made MRAV armored vehicle.

We Would’ve Saved Mohbad – OPC

    …Demands Justice for Late Rapper

The Oodua People’s Congress (OPC) has lamented the death of the Nigerian Rapper Mohbad who died recently at the age of 27, saying, if he had opened up to the group about his travails, he would have been kept safe from his attackers.

In a message of sympathy to Mohbad’s immediate family, management team and worldwide fans,.OPC President, Otunba Wasiu Afolabi, described the death of Mohbad as an unquantifiable yet avoidable tragedy.

“OPC sees the death of this promising, hardworking and talented young musician as a personal loss because he was a true Yoruba Ambassador, whose songs and craftsmanship promoted the Yoruba language and people,” said Afolabi in a press statement on Monday by the OPC General Secretary, Comrade Bunmi Fasehun.

“However, we believe he, his parents and management ought to have involved the OPC when the disagreement between Mohbad and other associates escalated to the point of intimidation, assault and haunting.

“OPC has successfully mediated in such cases in the past and we have brought peace and harmony to such feuding parties to the satisfaction of all and sundry.

“Sometimes we act alone and sometimes in collaboration with the Police Force, Civil Defence and DSS. But at the end of the day, we protect the weak against the strong oppressor.

“Where necessary, we can take the case directly to the government. But in most cases, the mere mention of OPC being involved will bring sanity to all concerned, no matter who that person or organisation considers himself to be.

“And I dare say that Mohbad would have lived a better quality of life, and would most likely be alive today, if he and his people had brought his troubles to OPC.

“Meanwhile, we want to use this medium to urge the police, DSS and government to bring to justice all the individuals and groups who contributed to the oppression, harassment and beating of this young man. It doesn’t matter whether such tormentors contributed directly and indirectly to his death. There are enough video evidence and living witnesses to give Mohbad justice in the law courts, even if the charges will be for assault, battery, conduct capable of causing a breach of the peace and attempted murder.

“In addition, all the police officers and formations that refused to act in his complaints should all be brought to book for official sanctioning.”

According to Afolabi, OPC, as a socio-cultural organisation, stood for peace and justice as well as the security of the community and the nation at large.

He recalled that since its formation by the Late Founder, Dr. Frederick Fasehun in 1994, the organisation had not only contributed security personnel for guarding the community, but had been involved in providing safety for petroleum pipelines in the South-West.

Afolabi recalled that at the height of its struggle against military rule, the organisation OPC boasted no less than 6 million members.

  • Pastor Who Participated in COVID Lockdowns in Canada Sentenced to Jail

His sentence has finally been delivered, and it involves a 60-day jail sentence that he already, in fact, served while being held for sentencing.

We are talking about Calgary pastor Artur Pawlowski, who was found guilty of violating Canada’s Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “pandemic” lockdown measures. The court found Pawlowski guilty of mischief and breaching a release order for his participation in last year’s protest in Coutts, Alberta.

The Crown’s initial goal was to sentence Pawlowski to anywhere from eight to 10 months in prison, but the defense was able to successfully argue that Pawlowski’s 60-day prison sentence is enough.

Since Pawlowski already served 60 days while awaiting his sentence, he was able to simply walk out of the courtroom following its issuance without having to fulfill any additional incarceration.

Pawlowski found “unrepentant” of violating state rules – because he serves a higher power

You may recall that Pawlowski boldly delivered a fiery sermon to the protesters who were blocking the Canada-United States border near Coutts for just over two weeks during the famous trucker convoy protests.

A judge found that Pawlowski was unrepentant over this “sin” against the state – Pawlowski answers to a higher power, after all, and not the state – which led to him being sentenced as punishment.

While he was being sentenced, some 200 supporters of Pawlowski gathered outside the courthouse in Lethbridge, according to local media outlets. They were seen and heard cheering after learning that he would not have to return to jail for any further incarceration time.

Judge Gordon Krinke stated that Pawlowski was not, in fact, involved in the planning of what came to be known as the “Freedom Convoy,” and did not play a major role in the blockade despite appearing there to preach.

“Probation would serve no useful purpose as the accused does not believe he did anything wrong,” Judge Krinke stated. “He is not remorseful for the harm he has caused.”

“Both the Crown and the defence are proposing a period of incarceration and I accept that. A period of incarceration is required in order to achieve the objectives of denunciation and deterrence.”

During the trial, prosecutors tried to claim that Pawlowski’s impassioned speech to the truckers only fanned the flames of their unrest, convincing them to stay even longer than they otherwise would have.

“This case is not about freedom of religion and it is not about free speech,” said prosecutor Steven Johnston. “This case is a straightforward criminal case.”

“All protests have to take place within the rule of law. As a person, you don’t get to choose what laws you follow.”

Johnston further commented on Pawlowski’s clear lack of remorse – and why should he be remorseful? After all, the lockdowns were an unjust violation of human rights, as were the “vaccine” mandates.

Back in March, it was revealed that Premier Danielle Smith had spoken with Pawlowski over the phone, offering to make inquiries on his behalf. Smith also shared with Pawlowski details about the internal government arguments over the direction of his case, as well as explained to him that the charges levied against him are rooted in political bias.

“Mr. Pawlowski accepts responsibility,” Pawlowski’s lawyer, Sarah Miller, told the court.

“The Crown seeks to have Mr. Pawlowski bend the knee, to jail him until he abandons his beliefs and to keep him in custody for an indeterminate period of time.”

  • Chicago Workers Earning $200 Per Hour at Illegal Migrant Shelters

NBC 5 in Chicago aired a segment this week about where all the millions of taxpayer dollars for illegal alien migrants is going. It appears that a good chunk of it is being siphoned by employees at these private shelters and camps for illegals straight into their own bank accounts.
According to the report, which you can watch below, employees at these private shelters and camps for illegals are making anywhere from $135 to $200 per hour for jobs that in the real world would pay a lot less.

Investigator Bennett Baeberle from NBC 5 pored over documents and receipts showing that workers at these private migrant facilities, which are receiving millions of dollars from the government, are paying themselves very, very handsomely.

“Imagine making almost $200 an hour,” Baeberle stated during the segment, holding up a stack of papers containing potentially incriminating evidence of wrongdoing. “These invoices show it has happened at the privately run shelters housing migrants.”

Local aldermen say they had no idea that anything was amiss until NBC 5 conducted and ran the exposé, which shows once again that just about everything happening today on the “humanitarian” front is just a money laundering fraud helping insiders get rich on the backs of taxpayers.

Favorite Staffing is the name of the company that run’s Chicago’s private migrant shelters. Invoices bearing its name and insignia show obscene amounts of money being charged by migrant shelter employees for ordinary jobs.

“In one invoice, a facility manager made $14,000 in a week in December,” NBC 5 hosts explained while showing images of various invoices. “Another invoice shows a nurse earned more than $20,000 in one week – those figures do account for overtime.”

“To see invoices like that is disgusting,” said Alderman Raymond Lopez. “They’re outrageous. And they should be cause for an immediate investigation.”

“Uh, no we haven’t been,” responded Alderman Scott Waguespack when asked by NBC 5 if he and the other aldermen have an accounting for where all the dollars are going.

“And I think that’s the big concern that came today was that we’re willing to accept federal dollars, we’re willing to give dollars to these issues, but we need to see where every penny is spent.”

Three months ago, NBC 5 filed public records requests to obtain these damning documents, which are now going to city and state officials for review.

In the comments, someone wrote that it is now abundantly and overwhelmingly obvious that the powers that be are “now pilfering the American people and redistributing it amongst the victors.”

“I know I pay a huge tribute every month, so I may live in this conquered land,” this person further wrote in defeat. “Learn to live amongst them because they are here and there is not one thing anyone will do to stop it. So pay up until there is no more. We’d better hope they are kind masters.”

The third world is invading the first world and now everyone is plunging into poverty as a result – except the “elite” at the very top, of course.

Igweship tussle: My life under threat, Anambra monarch tells Police, DSS

    By Ovat Abeng

The traditional ruler of Nawfia community in Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State, HRH Igwe Dr Ogochukwu Daniel Obelle, says his life is under threat.

He said there have been attempts on his life since he became the dueling elected Traditional ruler of the community on February 26, 2022.

He said if anything happens to him, “the government, security agencies and the good people of Nawfia should hold his rival, Igwe Chijioke Nwankwo responsible.

The Monarch made his position known while briefing Journalists at his Palace in Nawfia, on Friday, in reaction to a threat notice issue by Igwe Nwankwo, warning that nobody should come into Nwafia in Njikoka Local Government Area on Friday, 22nd September, 2023 for the purposes of celebrating any new yam festival in the community.

Igwe Nwankwo in a warning signed by himself, said the new yam festival of the community was celebrated on the 15th of September by himself.

Speaking further on the tussle, Igwe Obelle noted that Chijioke Nwankwo has never been a monarch in the community but a regent. And that the Regency was bestowed on him after his late father, Igwe FFBC Nwankwo, whom he (Obelle), respected so much during his reign was brutally murdered.

According to him, “I’m the constitutionally elected Igwe of Nawfia community, and recognized by government of Anambra State, with certificate of recognition.

“Every Igwe has a wife that supports him in running the community, and it is in our constitution. Beside me here is my wife, Lady Florence Obelle.

“We’re here to address you because one miscreant who was never elected as Igwe is trying to cause confusion in our peace lovely community.

“We have sent a message to tell him to hold his peace, and every Nawfia person knows that since 2001, he was installed as regent. A regent is not an Igwe, but someone holding space for an Igwe to be elected. His regency was to last for just 5 years, but he continued to parade himself as Igwe.

“How he became a regent was because of the assassination of his father who everyone loved. So his regency was out of pity because his father served so well.

“I was elected on February 26, 2022 and I was given the certificate of recognition afterwards by the immediate past administration of Chief Willie Obiano. If Chijioke Nwankwo claims to be an Igwe, tell him to produce his certificate. In the archive of government in Awka, there is no other existing certificate, so Chijioke Nwankwo cannot be claiming to be Igwe.”

Obelle said that Nwankwo had tried to remove him through a court, but was only able to secure a court ruling, which he has already appealed, and has been set aside.

He said Nwankwo does not have the qualification to be the monarch of the community.

“Till today, at close to 70, he is not married. I used to be a diplomat, and when I was serving in Ethiopia, he reached me that he wants to marry an Ethiopian woman. I thought he was serious and I facilitated his visa, but he never got married.

“Part of the constitutional criteria to be Igwe in Nawfia is that you must have a diploma, but he has no certificate. He was my classmate in primary school and never passed any exam. His father was rich and tried to train him in many Secondary School, but failed. His father later packaged him to Christ the King College (CKC), but he still failed.

“That was when his father now sent him to US and he became a truck driver. How can such a person be the Igwe of Nawfia? He is a dropout, a drug addict who is always at Abakiliki Street hobnobbing with prostitutes, and you want such a person to become our monarch?

“I met all the condition for the Igweship as conducted by the town union. He is trying to cause trouble in Nawfia, but we have declared war against him. We are handling it and the CP, DSS and others are aware. The Njikoka local Government chairman is aware, the president general of Nawfia is aware and all these people are behind us, and we are dealing with this.

“I have written to the State Police Command and the Department of the State Security Service (DSS), to notify them of the threat.

“Today is the iwa ji ceremony of Nawfia, which is important event in Igboland because of the importance of yam as the king of crop, and as you can see it is going on well.”

“So I am here on a reconciliation mission to ensure restoration of peace in Nawfia community,” the monarch stated.

    Crisis imminent in Efut Nation

    By Our Reporter

The Efut Combined Assembly, the apex decision-making body in Efut nation has again warned that it will resist any attempts by some persons or group of persons to desecrate the exalted traditional stool of its kingdom

The warning is contained in a press release signed by the Paramount ruler and Muri Munene of Efut, His Royal Majesty, Maurice Okon Eyo 1 and the Secretary-General of Efut Combined Assembly, Dr Godwin Bassey and made available to the media in Calabar.

In the release, the Assembly made it clear that it has been informed of plans by some Efut indigenes led by an acclaimed Muri Munene to organise a grand reception for Efut indigenes in diaspora, a situation it said was inimical to the progress of the nation.

The Assembly maintained that it will continue to rely on a court judgement by the State High Court with suit number HC/102/2020, which issued an order of interlocutory injunction restraining Professor Itam Hogan Itam from parading himself as the Paramount ruler of the Efuts and even interfering with the affairs of the Efut Combined Assembly as well as carrying out traditional matters, including installation and conferment of titles on behalf of Efut nation.

The Assembly also relied on a panel report dated May 11, 2022, which stripped him of all traditional titles and appurtenances of office to pave way for his interest in partisan politics and requested him to surrender his Certificate of Recognition to the Department of Chieftaincy Affairs in the Governor’s Office, Calabar.

Reacting to this incident, the Muri Munene in Council and Grand Patriarch of Efut Kingdom, Muri Munene Maurice Okon Eyo 1 said he was not only surprised but also embarrassed by this flagrant disregard to court orders and government position on the matter.

The Muri Munene in Council stated categorically that the Council of Muris had long concluded a selection process and chosen a replacement for the acclaimed and deposed Muri Munene and the same was presented to the Cross River State Traditional Rulers Council.

The royal father maintained that any other person who parades himself as Muri Munene is not only an impostor but runs foul of the law, hence due process will follow in dealing decisively with such matters.

He wondered why someone who has been deposed and captured in a Government Gazette should continue to demonstrate such flagrant abuse of power and utter disregard to laid down rules and procedural steps. I
